About Austin

Austin already knows its tacos, so El Carnitas brings range. Our birria lineup goes well past a single plate, with quesabirrias and consommé for dipping, birria ramen, birria flautas, a birria grilled cheese, a low-carb Keto Birria Roll, and a Pizza Birria built for sharing.
The carnitas that give us our name come masiza or surtidas, alongside barbacoa, asada, pastor, chicken tinga, and chicken fajita on handmade corn or flour tortillas. Wash it all down with an Ice Horchata Coffee, a mangonada, or a 32 oz agua fresca.
